Check your shader cache folder and if you have more than one file in the folder, delete all of them and restart the game which should stop the flickering trees. Also just a quick tip, horses can breed after 22 months. Build a dirt track somewhere close to and long enough near your horse pen and ride them until they reach 100%.

You run around the map a lot, so why not a FastTrac? Enough hp for haulage and speedy with it - 45mph cf Kubota's 26. And hire Guy Martin (qv).
Sim hygiene requires you wash the 3-in-1 trailer after manure before loading silage. Says my friend.
