I don't think there are 6 sharing room Bharath. There are 4 sharing at the max as far as I know. And if there is, it's dorm.

. in srmjee phase 1 i got cse specialisation in business system in ktr campus is it worth 3.5 lakhs or i should try for other collages
It's a good college. It is a bit on the costlier side but other option like VIT would also cost the same. Placement wise, a lot of companies come to SRM with decent packages (5-8LPA) and companies with packages higher than 8LPA also visit. Overall the placement scene is good and exposure too. I would say take an informed decision by talking to SRM alumni and people currently studying there.

Bro I will appear for srmjeee phase 2.. if I join srm ktr, can you suggest the best hostel among Kaari, paari and oori. And also the difference between 3 and 4 sharing with common washroom, as at the website it's showing same fees.
Hi sure! So Oori,Paari and Kaari have literally the same layout. It has 3/4 sharing and common washrooms. 3 sharing is the better choice always because the rooms are airy and spacious and in Chennai heat it’ll be helpful. 4 sharing is a bigger room but there’s no air passing through and natural lighting is also not there in most of the rooms.
So go for 3 sharing room in any one of the Oori,Kaari or Paari

Hey Arnav, yes it is worth it. Specialization is given which decides what subjects you'll study but everyone can sit in the placements irrespective of their specialization. Specialization means you'll only be studying 3-4 subjects different from others, rest everything is same.

but all them are same only , the first block Kaari (i guess) has a good view of campus though but only if you get corner rooms

Paari hostel is quite good I stayed in 1 st yr but in time is 9:30

There's no other fee just examination fee per semester around 3-4k. Nothing else other than that.

which is ac hostel for boys first year and how many no. of students share it
AC is installed in Adhyaman and some rooms of Oori too. It's a two sharing room with attached washroom.

I am not sure about the numbers. It is actually difficult to book it because a lot of people want to live in AC. Although, OORI and other non AC blocks are also being converted to ac floors. It'll be informed by the college administration anyway.
