the reoccuring mentions of gemstones and holds n such is most likely due to the things that the AI is pulling ideas from, (Its reminding me of 'amethyst orbs' if anyone gets that reference..) A lot of amateur stories or fanfics(Or even, from the formatting on the results, original-character sheets) on the internet, that have been fed directly into chatGPT without discresion, have a few tropes that they fall back on, describing things as gems or precious metals is just a writer's way of saying something is 'very very pretty' and less practiced writers have a tendency to decribe *a lot * of things in this way. Hence all the references to it did i say this in a way that comes across, lmao
Why does Quill look like he’s from Fairly Odd Parents? Lol I really like Gwendolyn’s eyes! Her horns could both stand out and mesh well with the rest of her design a little more with a bit of detailing… Maybe some spiral pattern wrapping around them.
yellow and blue do go well together; they’re both primary colours and their mixed secondary colour, green, also goes well with yellow and blue. The blue should be richer, your ‘sapphire’ is too muted. With the ivory slightly less bright yellow and the sapphire a true sapphire colour, they’ll go together really well
I think Gwendolyn is perfect! She's definitely a snooty type, and I think she'd be very popular! Quil and Magnus could be smug types while Zephyr could be a jock. My favorite though is definitely Gwendolyn. I could see her becoming a dreamie for many people! She definitely belongs in the game imo, I don't even think she needs touching up to be honest.

Gwendolyn is really cute but yeah the eyebrows and lack of hair make her look a lil wonky I think she may also need her eyes lowered and given a tad more detail. I actually don't mind the blue though. Also magnus the star cat needs more constelations on him and a lighter nose and eyes (definitely nose though cause his nose is invisible) could be a really cool villager idea though if it went all out cause if someone gives him the shading kinda like Judy has but all spacey instead of pastel and some more stars on him and he's prefect he could be a little mystical galaxy cat with a black cat base to him
The more I watch videos of male creators working with colour, the more convinced I am that they don't see subtle hue at all. His ivory was pale yellow, a soft lemon yellow and those sapphire eyes were more navy. There's an eyedropper tool in art programs for a reason, learn to use it, dude. Otherwise, these videos are fun to watch to see what the results end up being.

these are actually p interesting, i feel like the cat one especially has some potential. i think the constellations on the cheeks and maybe forehead may have looked better instead as the eyebrows. i also like the eagle even tho the colors might clash a little, the orange/yellow came out looking p cool and so did the eyes 👀
I love gwendolyn, blue eyes eyebrows and all! I think she looks great, I think what could help her to look a bit less basic like maybe some shading in some places like her eyes and ears and maybe even some subtle blushing or something. I love her though
Quill ended up being my favorite of the set-- and that's not even including my duck bias. It feels more like a coherent design, which in part is from you making the choice to have the colors represent paint splatters for an artistic villager. And while Gwendolyn looks nice, I feel she ends up not having enough interest to make her feel special as an AC villager. That said, this was a fun video!
Now THIS is an example of how to responsibly and ethically utilize ai when making art. Don’t let the ai make the art itself, allow it to give a rough outline and then fill in the blanks with creative spark and soul!

I can't see Gwendolyn's fur color as anything other than banana pudding.. So why not turn her into another food villager? My first thought is a recent dirt cake recipe, this lets you keep the contrast of the hooves/horns, just recontextualized as cookie pieces
I got a near duplicate of gwendolyn's description for a random npc i was trying to generate for my dnd campaign- clearly if you ask to describe a character, it's just trying to use one of a pool of various descriptions- and it does NOT care that you don't want a human lol

I just think youre using shades that are waaaaaayyyyy too saturated together and thats why some colors come off as clashing together.
