People say shaggy OP don't main shaggy. He super weak to alot of things, plus everybody has an idea against him cause he is the default opponent in the lab.
Nah I mean everyone has a bias towards him for a lot of reasons, but you have to acknowledge, hes always been a high tier character. This is coming from someone whos been in the scene for months. No bias, hes always been somewhere in the top 10 and sometimes even in the top 5
Shaggy is broken and cringe, he has 5x weaken. Kick and uppercut kill super early, and his dair is one of the most spammable moves in the game, he legit floats around mashing dair all game and can win. He needs small nerfs, no one should have 5x weaken and his dair needs end lag.
