@@luiszx1385 latest game version, be sure to be on the latest one and that the game is updated and to be at level 99+ you also need to progress the story so that whis is available as a trainer to learn his skills, once you make him your mentor, and 100% your relationship with him and progressed far enough into the story he allows you to increase your attribute cap up to 200. You also i think gotta have completed both of the namek guru upgrade to your max level and attribute cap too for it to occurs. So, you might wanna check to see if you got both upgrade from the namekian guru and if not to complete those namek missions in between main mission too. You need to get that upgrade twice before Whis Offers your the attribute cap increase. You should be able to max out your attribute cap at 125 before whis give you the offers to increase it to 200. reaching a cap of 125 is done by getting both guru latent potential upgrade from doing namek side quest mission enough time on repeat between main missions, you then have to enter the house behind the namekian that give you those namekian mission and talk to the namekian guru. He should have a green ? above his head when he has an upgrade for me. The guru is inside the house, and is only accessible when the namekian at the entrance step aside from the entrance so you can enter for the first time. The second time you can just go in, but you still have to do a lot of namekian guru faction side quest on namek to unlock each upgrade, took me a week to unlock both upgrade and playing like a madman 8h a day. I was always focusing on doing all the side mission as soon as they became available before doing main quests, which also allowed me to grind tons of levels too while i was doing it too. 2 of my cac could boost to 200 and get to 120. but the rest of mine couldn't boost stats to 200 but could get to level 120. so I think it has something to do with guru but I'm going to try to get my instructor training to super to see if that's it, if not I'll try guru.

If he does not need anything. the fastest way to get him to talk to u is keep doing the second parallel quest until he says he needs you. If it's not that. You need to have whis and beerus as your mentor. Max both of there friendships out to 100. I did beerus first then whis. To do that I did any parallel quest. Pick whis or beerus only as your partners. Also don't attack until your main character needs help. to bring a third mentor in it helps for your friendship. You will get a third whis or beerus. He will jump in to help you on his own when you are in trouble. Then last if it's not any of those. You have to beat the entire story. Then go back to where whis is by the fish. He will say the line then. I know it's annoying. But that is the way to do it. P.S. you need to be offline for the parallel quest. You can't do it online cause it will add another online player in the spot.
This would be good for Parallel Quests and Expert Missions. 15 bars of ki and stamina will increase the damage for Final Explosion, Revenge Death Ball, and Emperor's Death Beam.
Actually they changed the graph for health stamina and ki my qq bang before the update had my basic atk, health, ki, and stamina maxed when i looked after the update my str and bla stats were unaffected but my hea ki and stm were all drained and i still had the same amount of health as usual when i loaded into a game but my stamina and ki bars were smaller implying they want people to pour stats into at least two of these three attributes because they are imp for UI(Edit: when i say that last part i mean they are expecting people to stock up on alot of stamina and ki for the UI ultimates specifically godly display, and stock up on stamina for the auto dodge. Ps:don't waste money on dlc just for a better ki charge skill UI has surging spirit as a built in skill by holding guard and your heavy attack button)
id say putting points into health isnt a waste all the time rn im making the saiyen build with super saiyen god 200 points into hp and 200 points into basic for a basic attack tank build its not done yet but rn im level 58 with 125 in basic and hp and ive been breezing through the story

Not sure how you 222 boost points as they stopped giving me boost points at level 80. Havent seen one since, no matter Guru, PQ, or sensie training. I even beat the main patrol quest game, watched all credits, and still, not a single boost point for my attributes.

I'm having the same problem with my Earthling, did you train with all the instructors? My Majin was able to do it but she's completed training with everyone, I think that might be an unspoken condition to it, not sure but it's the only thing that I can see that's different in their stories. I am about to do all the training, will come back and let you know if that's the issue

@@mrextremememe9684 if you've done it with 1 of your CACs already, it won't trigger again because it raises all their lvl caps the first time, just keep grinding and they'll go to 100, I did it with my Majin, couldn't get it to trigger for my Earthling but I played a few matches just for fun and he hit lvl 100, thats how I found out you only have to do it for 1 person

Well for starters, when you go talk to Whis when your character is a 99 that Whis gives The ability for you to go 120 lvl so that’s what he means by training to get up to 120

Yeah Whis tells me I need to do more self-training
You only have to do it with 1 character and it applies to all the rest of them so that's why it didn't trigger a second time
