It isn't Gymnastic, It's part of their dance style.... Chinese Classical Ballet Is far different from the occidental-like dance Styles
We May Say a lot of "extreme elements" we see performed in Rhythmic Gymnastic come from there, a millenia of dance tradition~

那你跳一个古典舞让人开开眼界？古典舞大多早在蒙古入侵后就失传了，剩下的那点在满清入侵后也没了，现在根本没人知道真正的古典舞是什么样的，他们已经尽力找古籍了，那些古籍里出现的能用的动作都用了，不要只会杠行吗。
