There should be penalty from home office against those company owners after collecting their licence , they also should face deportation for scamming people with COS.
There is hefty fines for scammers and its going up on feb 13th.
They cannot deport if they british but can look at sentencing for fraud.
If only the law works like this it will be fine. They will only withdraw their COS. Some will even apply again and get it. It is well.
They can’t be sentenced for ‘fraud’. Because that means they’ll have to sentence both the buyer and the seller of the COS. COS isn’t meant to be bought in the first place. The buyer is committing a crime by buying it. The seller is also committing a crime too.
The issue here is that people are not doing due diligence before they even apply in the first place
It's not only that comp8 involved. Kare solutions limited is owned by a Nigerian. The same thing is applicable. We are stranded as well. We came since June and no single work has been done. Now their licence is revoked and home office is asking us the victim to return back home. What an injustice!!!!

These companies are not easy on us,Tochy I was fired 2 days after resumption since then my life has been a rollercoaster,I had to leave the UK up till now I do not have a job and they are asking me to pay back the sponsorship fee,I have paid some part ,they are threatening me to complete the money,up till now I do not have a job

Well she even got £20 day. My neighbour and her 4 young kids came to the uk from nigeria last October and her sponsor she paid £8,500 is noway to be found. Her condition right now is terrible. She can't find another sponsorship in the uk now.
But people are passionately wicked. You collected money from someone, and disappeared like that? Where is the human feeling? How will that woman and the kids survive?
Most of the inhumanity are perpetuated by our own black people

The thing is, some people will be there, working and doing well and complaining that its stressful and that no one should come, if it’s that bad they should come back na. Everyone wants a good life too. All you have to do is tell them the right way to come so they won’t make a mistake rather than being there and discouraging them totally. Everyone has their star. And getting there, the worst that can happen is you’ll come back. If a wise person goes there, and finds it unbearably difficult, they will come back to Nigeria . Abi will they use rope and tie them there I just tire.

It's quite unfortunate. There are so many vacancies with visa sponsorship but they are doing shakor for qualified candidates when clearly they have a shortage of skilled workers yet the britons won't do the work!
Coming to their harsh economy to work yet folks still go thru these scams. Sad. It's quite simple, you get a certificate of sponsorship, you confirm with home office. The scamming is terrible. Ah! God help nigerians o! We nor do bad to find a better tomorrow for our families.😢

On job on the shortage occupation list and you are permitted to do 20hours in a week in that new job only,if you do otherwise it will affect your ILR it will got deny when applying,so do research and becareful

I've heard in Zim that one agency owner who made money from vulnerable people, ran away from UK and has now opened a health care business with people's exploited money.
