I would LOVE to live in a neighborhood like this. Its my American dream. Unfortunately, most of us Malaysian/ Chinese immigrants can only afford between $100,000-$300,000 USD for a home or to build a home, which would not be nearly enough to live here. It is very sad that us immigrants work our entire life in restaurants, mostly to send our kids to college, and then when we are older, we do not have enough money to purchase a comfortable home like this. Its very depressing, watching your video makes me sad, despite the cheerful music. 😢By the way, I have a friend who lives in Greensboro. He is 69 years old, his wife just died. His daughter went to college but dropped out in her 3rd year to pursue a relationship with a American man who ended up getting her pregnant and dumping her. Now, she is back home and the restaurant isn't doing well, its a local one you probably heard of, and life is very depressing. They recently had to get rid of their apartment near Glenwood to move into a home in the Hayes/Taylor neighborhood, which is a very bad area. But they have no choice due to rising costs of everything. They are scared everyday. Life is so unfair.
Oh I'm so sorry to hear this. It is hard, especially right now with the cost of everything - to make ends meet. I'm sure that your kids are grateful that you work so hard to send them to college. BUT you can find a nice house for $300K. It doesn't need to be a house this big in this neighborhood!

Great video! Is it Lennox Farms or Lennox Hills? Seems like a nice and quiet place to live! Have you sold and houses in this neighborhood?!

Good evening, have you done a review of Camden Circle off of Brassfield Road?
I have not - but I will! Thanks for the idea
