I've been having anxiety/emotional stress so badly that I have struggled falling asleep for many many weeks. This is giving me relief. My eyelids are drooping. Early bedtime for me. Thank you 💜💜💜
I cannot believe how good these sounds are. ASMR sounds seem to change the blood flow in my head. I feel like everything is less inflamed or more relaxed. Does anyone else feel this way?

I have pretty bad OCD and I struggle watching sorting videos like this a lot of the time because things aren’t placed perfectly. And it’s sad because I love this kind of ASMR! And the little things you do, like flipping the items to make sure the caps are all facing upward, helps me so much. It seriously means more than you know! Thank you!

Hello Wren. Since you are so new at this, I only have one thing to share. Please know that I am not trying to be critical. But it is very important that you learn to not lean into the microphone too close. Or maybe you could turn up/down the gain on the microphone. I am hearing a lot of “plosive’s”. That is when certain letters that you pronounce, especially P, make a puff sound into the microphone. It’s one of those things that is very annoying to the listener, especially if wearing earbuds or headphones. Very important thing to learn. Sometimes hard to figure out. Good luck and great blessings with your channel. Congratulations on your engagement. Oh and, if you are paying your sister rent for living together, you have a right to ask her to please be quiet sometimes for your sake. I know how frustrating this can be to try to find quiet. I have to ask my entire family to hush sometimes. 😂😂😂

Hello Wren. Since you are so new at this, I only have one thing to share. Please know that I am not trying to be critical. But it is very important that you learn to not lean into the microphone too close. Or maybe you could turn up/down the gain on the microphone. I am hearing a lot of “plosive’s”. That is when certain letters that you pronounce, especially P, make a puff sound into the microphone. It’s one of those things that is very annoying to the listener, especially if wearing earbuds or headphones. Very important thing to learn. Sometimes hard to figure out. Good luck and great blessings with your channel. Congratulations on your engagement. Oh and, if you are paying your sister rent for living together, you have a right to ask her to please be quiet sometimes for your sake.
I know how frustrating this can be to try to find quiet. I have to ask my entire family to hush sometimes. 😂😂😂
