- Went out on Lake George with the new Phoenix scouting out some places for the up coming tournament season. I was m ostly punching mats and throwing a chatter bait around.

just put in at Astor a few weeks ago and rode into Lake George. Fishing used to be great. Sadly the spraying has killed most of the fishing. Lack of grass and dirty water. What a shame.

Done south around the Astor area there are.
Hopefully I can find some we have a tournament there next month probably end up in lake dexter lol

@@DinsmoreOutdoors random question i see you use a rode videomicro on your gopro does that work in loop mode? i cant get mine to?
@@nonamebassin I only have a Rode on my cannon camera that I use for detail shots, intros, outros. I Have my goros in a case with wind breakers over the mic parts. I put the gopros ether on my head or on the windshield of my boat hooked to a USB power supply. I dont loop it ether I have 128mb card and just let it run, when I catch a fish I stop recorded so i know to look at the end of my videos for fish catches. Hope that helps!
How come I can’t catch bass on artificial on Lake George end of January
Depending on the weather they might not have moved up yet and could still be out on the shell bars or in deeper water waiting for a warming trend.
I can catch them on shiners but they just stare at artiy

How was the water level? I went last year and I was LOOOOOOW!
Was a Lil low then but we have been getting rain every afternoon so it should be getting back up
