I turned Solar Power by Lorde into dessert: Piña Colada Parfait!

Hello everyone! Solar Power is one month old which means we have to celebrate. I've been having the album on repeat since it released and I thought it'd be cool to re-create the album into a dessert so I came up with this idea of a Piña Colada parfait - it has that beach-sunny day vibe to it and the fact that it's in a glass makes it more summer-y to me! Here's the recipe:
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
1 packet of your favorite biscuit crushed finely
113g melted butter
COCONUT CREAM FILLING
225 (8oz) of cream cheese
80g (1/3 cup) of icing sugar
113ml (1/2 cup) of coconut cream
113ml (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
PINEAPPLE CURD**
240ml (1 cup) of pineapple juice (I used fresh)
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
113g (1/2 cup) of sugar
3 tbsp of corn stach
4 tbsp of butter (cold)
**Combine all the ingredients in a pot except for the butter, once everything is incorporated cook it on medium heat stirring constantly until it thickens, turn off the heat and add the butter until it melts and it's fully combined. Let it cool in the fridge, covered.
