How long has she been plucking. That's not a happy bird. You've clearly been petting more than her head. Which will sexually frustrate her. Causing her to pluck out her feathers
@Pelinal Whitestrake Nope. She was adopted from a rescue center and had plucked out a lot of her feathers. Many follicles are destroyed and will not grow back. She has emotional trauma and would make herself bleed when she was at the rescue. She has stopped doing this, but still continues some plucking from habit. Not all plucking conditions are due to hormonal stimulation, however she does rub herself on her toys at times- stimulating herself.
