    That sure helps because it provides some level of insulation and forces the dew point to the sides. Youd have a better result with some insulation like foam board between the inner cover and outer cover and blocking the upper entrance. New Sub and looking forward to seeing more.

    Hi Blanchard's Bees, this winter I switched from quilt boxes to insulated inner covers with no ventilation, it's working very well for the bees. I enjoyed your video and I subbed. --Darren

      I've heard a few people say that works well. I may have to try it sometime. Much appreciate the sub new friend 🐝
