Every thing ok mam but 1 mistake is there mam i can see n17 after n16 ur directly jump to n18 in absolute program method
Missing the work offset 54 to 59
And missing the G43 tool length component
And missing the tool hight H 0102
And missing Z value
And missing the home position G28

It is program which run through origin mean from (0,0)
Incremental
It is program which run by current position or point is decided by previous position or point

We are not using G54?
We can use G54 for Work offset. I will upload G54 work offset program soon.

Z axis is not mentioned in the program.
Milling process tool moves only on X and Y axis.
Z axis is the depth , Milling has 3 axes ..So depth of cut has not been done ..No cutting will take palce
And also tool compensation is not given G42

In this program we took "G90 code - Absolute program".G90 code always taken from datum.
Watch the video till 3 mins..you can understand the concept

after that you took X 40 why ?
Whereas before that you took X 80
I can’t understand this part

We can take all x values in datum only for G90..(datum means starting point of x and y). Please understand the difference between G90 and G91 code..
