With all due respect this is a dumb point. Ibn Abdul-Wahhab's book is about basic Islamic Creed, whereas Hijāb's book is about complex philosophy and rational arguments for the existence of God. They're about 2 completely different topics, of course Ibn Abdul-Wahhab's book is going to quote the Qur'ān and Hadīth more, because it's a book about a completely different subjects.

What an absolute stupid comment. How is this bullying? And how is this 'over' analysing? Do you have a shred of jealousy for the honour of Islam and its real teachers? Just because someone defends Islām does not negate them from actually harming Islām with their beliefs, statements and actions - and the innovators harm Islām and Hijāb is from them. So if people perceive Hijāb is defending Islām, then the reality is he isn't with philosophy. In other matters yes he may defend Islām but that is not the point of this video because any and all Muslims will defend Islām in some way shape or form. As for Hijāb, he attacks the Scholars of Islām, their Authorships and the reality is he's hindering people from the path of Allāh because his slanderous attacks and remarks are upon and towards those who spread Islām as it should be understood which as a results causes people to turn away from the āyāt of Allāh, the Ahadīth of The Messenger salallāhu alaihi wa sallam and the Statements of the salaf - because this is what is found from the people who he attacks and what they propagate. The brother was making a point in his video expressing his concern about muslims having doubts about islam . Books similar to the three fundamentals are not helping them because they are more useful for students of knowledge and those who have no doubts. The brother is known for his strong character and way of talking. He didn't mean to be disrespectful to the Quran and ahadith.Accusing him yo having wrong beliefs is a very dangerous accusation. Especially against someone who strongly defends the monotheistic Aqeeda of islam and its teachings .

The use of philosophy ? You have to use what the person who you are talking to accepts as a reliable source of information to get them to accept the existence of God and the truthfulness of islam . Then you live your life according to its teachings without questioning them. That's how things work.

This is derived from the dawah of Ibrahim PBUH to the disbeliever king . He told him Allah bring people to life and put them to death. He said ,I give people life and put them to death too. Ibrahim continued explaining cosmological ayat . He said Allah makes the sun rise east go ahead and make it rise from the west.
Just to add that this is no new stance . Big early scholars have dealt with the doubts of non believers using people's common sense and intellect and cosmological facts and philosophy: Al ghazali, A romi.... Etc

4) I haven't read mohammed hijab's book tbh, but, his book is most probably targeting atheist's. Unreasonable comparison. Mohammed Hijabs book is often just describing a philosophical position, not necessarily endorsing it. His book is not a book of Aqeedah or Islamic principles.
I mean he was talking down a beneficial book right? You would think he would produce a book with a benefit to the ummah. Instead, he has this inferiority complex where he wants to cater to the western people and not use the quran and sunnah but instead use philosophy.
