One of the very honest mock interview...describing the real condition of a candidate...if interview go wrong that doesnot mean the candidate was incompetent.
Also, it is normal to be nervous....thats what mock is for.

I really don’t want to reply but
After two years, I feel like I should finally speak up. Clearing the preliminary exam, writing mains, and giving the interview are completely different stages of the process. When I went for my first interview, I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my first time.
I did 15 mock interviews, some with Rajasthali and others with another institute. The first one was posted online, but you can’t judge a person based on what you see online. There was a 3-month gap between my mains and the interview, and I signed up for this to gain experience.
To those who are commenting, I respect your opinions. But before making any judgments, I suggest you try going through the prelims, mains, and the interview yourself. Only then will you understand the entire process.

Impressive interview, she is looking decent and handled all situation gracefully & confidentially. I think, There is a written test to test the candidate's knowledge of a subject, and an interview to test his/her intelligence.

Writing on a piece of paper and answering the same questions in an interview are different ball games.
Many inexperienced candidates go blank while giving an interview that’ll change the course of their lives.

अच्छी दाढ़ी में भी इंटरव्यू दे सकता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजस भी दाढ़ी रखते रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री भी रखते है। ये विकुल व्यक्तिगत बात है। यदि आप बहुत ही ज्यादा सहज दाढ़ी में होते है तो दे सकते है
