Rue and Prim were too innocent to go through all of this, if Snow wouldn't made the hunger games they would have been save and not having to go into a game where you fight to survive and entertain other people. i love this so much. i love rue. she was too young to die. she was only 12. when katniss was saying that she saw her in prim it was so sad. i cried so hard when she died in the book. the film was still sad but it was sadder in the book when she sang her the song. Sure, first we're shocked that innocent KIDS need to kill each other for other people's entertainment but then we kind of forget. It's as we accept it. But this is actually brutal and heartbreaking and unfair and so hard to understand why no person from the capitol saw it as wrong. No child should ever go through this. Whether they are 12 or 18.
