I'm going mad in lockdown and he is adorable Ur German shepherd mix is cute. I don't know whether u do this when I go down to the yard I pop one headphone in to listen to music

Yes, I enjoyed cleaning stalls too! My house...NO, but my barn was spotless! When it rained I would go out in the barn with the horses until it was done raining. My favorite time was when the horses were in at the end of the day, when all you could hear was the horses munching on their grain....so peaceful! They would whiny, stop their feet & toss their heads until they got their grain served then quiet came over the barn & just a contented munching! The joy of having horses!!!!!! Do be careful getting in with the hogs, they will eat people & they are unpredictable!!!! I do like pigs, I had a pot belly pig until she passed away, but they are dangerous! The old saying "grandpa fell in with the pigs & they ate him", is very true!!!!! I love your farm...and bless your family for taking in that beautiful dog! I could/would never give up a dog. I have my 4th set of dogs that I am raising since being an adult & on my own. These 3 are 14 yrs. old & I love them so much. Thank you for sharing your life & home! hugs, Judie

Hi! I was training at Haworth RDA for a four week period before the lockdown happened. I was learning about the equestrian profession and my animal care assessment and interview has been delayed for three months at the months. Please keep up the informative videos as I want to return to the stables once this situation eases and to pursue the qualifications ahead as I'm trapped in Bankfoot, Bradford at the moment and the only animal's around me are cats, birds and a few squirrels as well as some animals in the pest control category. Your channel was the main inspiration for the training at the stables in Haworth, West Yorkshire and for my application for a course in Leeds. Thankyou and God Bless You.
I can’t ride until the coronavirus is over because my stable closed all lessons, and I’m so excited until this is over because I can’t live without riding :(
My stable did the same thing,can't wait for it to be over!
Grant Tobin luckily it might be over in three months, it is still a long time but the government are trying their hardest, so excited for when the stables re open!
@@sunfweryutube6657 if the UK takes this seriously we hopefully won't go into hard core lockdown. Ofc we still won't be aloud to do stuff but should let us ride sooner!

Yup. My two horses are kept at livery, can’t see them at all, thankfully my trainer and I are good friends so I get updates on them often but it hurts it really hurts. I suffer with depression and anxiety and also deal with autism, horses are my therapy my horses help me through everything, to not be able to see them is living hell 😕😖🥺
I hope you can see them now ❤I had to sell my pony a couple months ago d is to covid. He was all I had and he was my best friend, well only friend. I wish you and your horses the best of luck!

Your horses are so cute! I don’t think my town has locked down yet so people are still going to stores and stuff and the store are almost empty! Stay safe stay home and stay happy! Hope you have a amazing day! And I have a Germanshepard mix too!! Ares is 1 and she is Germanshepard/ golden retriever I think half retriever! And I’m so lucky that I live on a farm too so all the animals are here!!

My dog, cant even run, fetch a toy, and come back, he runs of with it! Even tho we all have things to teach him, I have to teach him how to play DEAD! That is pretty good tho, good luck with it!

I’m so looking forward to watching the rest of these. It’s so hard finding things to do while currently on furlough, also no longer having any pets to look after and not being able to go out to ride horses for people.

Yeah its my therapy too as well as what i do for a living mon wed thurs sat i clean stalls at a barn in my area that has 55 horses. There r 5 other stall cleaners besides me. And no our boss didn't close barn to boarders bc she wants them to still be able to come enjoy their horses.

Omg it’s horrible this while lock down thing. I’m having to move my horse because where she is is over charging for full livery and we simply can’t afford it. But luckily our friends said we can still move on even though the situation is like this. It’s just horrible that I can’t see my horse all the time but I will be able to very soon so silver lining I guess

I’ve been having lessons for over a year now and I hope to go back this June
I am going crazy I’m running around the house and all I can do is work.i can still see my horses though and that’s good cause I have 10 .Two goats and three donkeys we were going to get a pig 🐷 but we can’t now but we have lots more animals though

I’m so lucky I still get to see my horse, she was off riding for a month due to ulcers and she came up lame, she is super bad with that, and if that happened I probably wouldn’t be able to ride her:(

Brooklyn Bonney you can’t not feed a horse. I assume he/she has either been turned away or they have a ‘full livery’ system going on. The horse will be taken care of somehow. As long as they have hay, water and basic care they will be fine :) x

I wish I lived on a farm this lockdown is awful I have had to stop seeing my ponies because of corona virus as I can easily catch it. So going out and near others isn’t a wise thing so they are just being checked on in the feild my other people which is sad.

Willow Starstep! Her natural nails crack a lot so it's easier and more comfortable for her to wear fake nails. I have the same problem it's not that weird.🙄
