I actually copied this from “kobeblackmamba” If you hop on his discord channel he has the POB on there. Or you can search safeonetalk in the builds section of poe ninja. Keep in mind i do use a mirror level claw for this
I've been using quest items from the campaign I don't need. Best thing is if you die to that dogshit DD mechanic that is still dogshit... you can just go pick them back up from the campaign. Plum, Silver locket and Grust Necklace are great for this.
i think GGG has done some slight nerfing to these wisps, it was quite common to get big winged wisp bombs and divine bombs a couple weeks in to the league, now its far more sporadic. Id be lucky to get 1 bomb a day now

Using blink arrow or lightning warp exclusively to move makes a massive difference too. It saves a lot of fuel. Worth it if you do super juiced maps
