I had a really beautiful experience under anesthesia, and it had a similar undertone and outcome as the time I was in ceremony with mushrooms-both involved death but both resulted in a profound feeling of connectedness. I wish more people could safely experience things like this, especially with a trusted guide, the world would be a way better place.

The feeling of dying is one of the most freeing things. Once you experience it, you realise there’s literally nothing to lose. Steps are being taken which is a positive sign so hopefully the future will be more hopeful 😊
