  • In the Quran, Allah addresses the subject of human suffering in various ways, providing guidance, comfort, and reminders to believers. Suffering is a natural part of human existence, and the Quran acknowledges that people will face trials and hardships in their lives. Here are some verses that highlight Allah's teachings about suffering:
    1. *Trials and Patience:* Allah, in the Quran, emphasizes that trials and tests are an inevitable part of life. These tests can come in various forms, such as loss, sickness, poverty, or adversity. Allah encourages believers to exercise patience (Sabr) during challenging times:
"Do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, 'When is the help of Allah?' Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near." (Quran 2:214)
    2. *Relief after Hardship:* The Quran assures believers that after hardship, there will be ease. Allah is compassionate and just, and He provides relief to those who endure difficulties with patience and faith:
"So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief. Verily, with every difficulty, there is relief." (Quran 94:5-6)
    3. *Seeking Help through Prayer:* Allah encourages believers to turn to Him in times of distress and seek His help through prayer (dua). Allah is aware of all situations and responds to the supplications of those in need:
"And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed, I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me." (Quran 2:186)
