- We finally got back to bike park wales after a good few years! As most of you will know they have opened a big jumpline called VANTA which was a redbull project piloted by Laurie Greenland! I decided to man up and tick off most of the line, which i am stoked about.

Can anyone direct me to some good training videos for bigger jumps and drops. I do red and black trails but its the big jumps and drops that i have no idea how to control the bike or the technique to use.
