Everyone who is serious in their practice should do this practice. The practice helps and it is logical practice like what Pastor mentioned. Thanks for the clear explanations on this previous practice!

So many Tibetans are so angry and frustrated with their exiled communities in India and very angry at their leadership in Dharamsala. But dare not speak out as it would appear to be an attack on Dalai Lama. No one wants to attack the Dalai Lama but there are so many wrongs in the exiled communities. That is why so many Tibetans are leaving for the west where they eventually lose their culture. Being in the west creates a distance with their despised leadership in Dharamsala, North India. Everyone is so tired of all the religious politics. Religion is suppose to bring peace instead more confusion and anger.
Hi Baalahi. Thank you for watching this wonderful video compiled by HE Tsem Rinpoche for the benefit of everyone. The kawang prayers is part of an overall confessional prayer to a particular Dharma Protector for the purification of negative karma. We all do not know what negative karma we have accumulated over our countless past lives. So, as Buddhists, it is imperative that we purify all these transgressions (from minor to major) if we want to progress in our Dharma path. During the kawang prayers, we must focus and have the mind cleared of all other side thoughts that may slow down or reduce the "effectiveness" of our confessions. The challenge therefore is how do we remove these thoughts (positive or negative). My personal experience is that it takes practice - consistency and discipline in our daily kawang prayers. We must also ask sincerely for the assistance of the particular Dharma protector that we are invoking to help us filter out our negative thoughts. We must be sincere. Over time, you will be better in focusing, for sure. The key is consistency and discipline. Remember, there will be days or sessions where our negative karma may arise and ripen as we are doing the kawang prayers. This is expected. Do not give up. Keep going. Believe sincerely that the Dharma protector is here with you and walk with you throughout your confession as you would want to sincerely purify all these heavy, negative karma. Do visit this web site - www.tsemrinpoche.com for more materials on Buddhism. Thank you and wish you be blessed.
Poor dakini. Has a pretty terrible job, but yeah I get it. Only dakinis I've ever seen are incredibly good-looking, however, you can even look at it this way: if Santa's elves take souls apart and re-configure them like toys in a toy-shop, this is not 'gruesome' to 'see', but at the same time, reality does contain very horrible behavior among some humans. So, all-in-all, this (video above) seems amazingly legitimate to me.
Thank you pastor for showing the way, my upmost respect and thanks to tsem tulku rinpoche.

Do you mean YOUR negative thoughts -, or bad feelings and negativity that you experience through the acts of others or the situation you are in?
