Is there still the automatic calibration of motion controll integrated? This function made the controller vader 3 pro and Apex 4 (i have both) unplayable on the nintendo switch if during the game the controller thinks to reset the reference point. Is that still the case with the vader 4? If so, I can refrain from making a purchase.
So besides of the stick tension wheels and the extra polling rate, there's no difference with the Vader 3 right? Even the C/Z buttons are still in the same placement and with the same non-clicky membrane sensor. Does this even have the force feedback on the triggers of the Apex 4?
Yeah it does not seem to be a worthwhile upgrade. I’m still might get it though as I just want the best stick centring on the market. Maybe this new design is better. I’m going to wait for more reviews to come out to see.

It feels different with gyro. I have InputLabs's Alpakka controller and 3 firmwares : stock 250hz , 500hz and 1000hz. The difference is huge even with comparing 500hz to 1000hz , not generally in latency but smoothness.

Are the rings for adjust the tension too loose? Or they have a strong resistant that won't turn and slide around if touched accidentally?
Could this halo of tension around the analog stick get in the way while playing, in the sense of bumping into it by accident or something like that?

folks please remember a 1000hz polling rate does not always equal low latency. Hope its latency is at least as low as the duel sense edge.

兩個月前剛買黑武士3的我....
不用難過！我長期關注大陸牌子的手把，目前用的也是黑武士3pro，仔細對比發現4pro只比3pro多了可調節阻尼R/L，以及1000hz回報率而已😅 3pro的500hz早就遠超過一般電競玩家的需求了，完全感受不到延遲，這一個升級點對我來說可以直接忽略，因此如果很注重阻尼調節的話再考慮4pro就好，其他跟3pro完全一模一樣，連外部模子都是。
另外，4pro跟3pro比，我甚至覺得外觀退步了，變素很多😅
（對了！還有一個改變是材質，但個人認為3pro的已經很不錯了）
這一代黑武士感覺像是例行性更新而已，畢竟每年做出創新的新功能也挺不容易的ww(除非八爪魚的力回饋功能下放給黑武士!)
但我依舊很看好飛智的~！ 最近最能打的應該就屬八爪魚4了！

They've said themselves they'll be updating their next controllers with hall effect triggers and sticks plus it only has 200hz when used wirelessly

1000hz and 500hz is basically the same in real world use. The only worthy upgrade that adjustable joystick
nah, 500hz vs 1000hz is the difference of 2 sensitivity settings in COD for me
