I am watching from Ithaca, New York. The Liberian announcer needs to learn the difference between a band playing and singing an anthem. He stated twice as the Nigerian Army band played the National anthem of Liberia, that the anthem is being sung instead of saying that it is being played!
I also watched painfully during president Boakai's inauguration when the announcer of the National television and radio news of Liberia made simple grammatical errors many times while broadcasting such historical events. They have to teach them how to pronounce "witness" with no "s" after the "wit" before "ness". ELBS needs to make sure that announcers are fluent in English. Have them take English lessons regularly!
What a grand welcome. God bless you President Boakai 🙏🏽
❤❤job well done 👏 ✔️
