Very useful information given, thanks. Ups also consumes many watts, I have checked mine and it was taking 45 watts approximately.
45 watts means 0.045KW meaning 30 units monthly...

remember stabilizers also decrease voltage if high voltage comes and permament high voltage (ie 260v ) can damage electric circuits of refrigerators and other appliances and protactors are useless as they will stop and start with voltage that will damage electrical appliances. so always but good quality and efficient stabilizer .
Wait a minute.. I replaced with Voltage protection Breaker for entire home just Rs. 2700/- Just because of this video. Love U @Ajelectric

Useful information but brother I live in Karachi and facing incompetence of k electric sometimes voltage bahut zada down ho jatay hein to fridge ne to masala kerna hi hay that's why I have to use stabilisers

Ye 22 watt or 17 watt off load pe lay raha hai koe b load connect nahi hai...
Agr isko on load pe check karo gy to for example refrigerator 150 watt consume krta hai without stabilizer...but agr ap osi refrigerator ko stabilizer k trough on karo gy to refrigerator ki power consumption double ho jaye gi 300 watt consume hoga... QK stabilizer under voltage consumption high krta hai... Experiment kr chuka hu mai
That Smart Socket is itself a big threat being of substandard quality.. It shorted out and set the wiring at my house on fire. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Hum ne voltage/current breaker lagaey huay. Voltage high/low honay ya short circuit honay pr power cut off ho jati h aur auto restore ho jati hey.
Mainay ye breaker 7 saal pehlay aliexpress se mangwaey thay jab yahan kisi ko in breakers ka pta nhi tha
Ab ye pakistan main aam mil jatay hain.

Mere Ghar solar inverter lga he 4.5kW ka Sara din solar pe fridge osi pe chalta he or pe fix 230V ate hen.......to kia fridge ko direct Chala Len koi masla to nhi hoga, (585W k 6 panel lage hen)....…..... please reply if you can!

These voltage stabilizers are transformers based right?. Transformer consum reactive power without load and reactive just goes back in the Main lines. I don't know if Wapta puts chargers on reactive power, if so that's messed up.
