The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The evil eye is real and if anything were to overtake the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. When you are asked to take a bath (to provide a cure) from the influence of the evil eye, you should take a bath.” (Muslim). Al-Nasai and Ibn Majah narrated that ‘Amir ibn Rabi'ah passed by Sahl ibn Hanif when he was bathing … and he quoted the hadith. Reality confirms this and it cannot be denied.
Evil eye has come up in ahadith and to me it's same as black magic Allah says in Surah baqarah that the people can't harm others with black magic except with Allah's will So in a sense Allah is allowing them to go further down their path of destruction

There are specific adhkar for protection to be recited every morning and evening u can search it up
