This was lit as hell 👌 I would've crashed in to a tree or went over the edge ages ago

I was stoopid enough to ride some of this on my old Milazo 20yr ago... I wouldn't try it now and I'm a better rider on a waaaaaay better bike (tho I don't like quick introductions with mother earth so don't like gaps, drops, roots and pine needles... (Basically 90% of the fantastic ol track).
What I want is a gondola or cable car to Makara peak so I can get my lazy ass doing all day runs instead of having to recover from the ride up...
(I do love Koru etc but I just find my energy and mind is just not in the run down from my lack of stamina on the way up and I end up doing lazy runs down that are just as unsafe as quick runs as my head is just not in it... (Motorbike trail riding was much the same, I had more accidents when I was off the boil.. it was as if the tyres were cold... which isn't really much of a thing on an enduro ride.. it was that lack of aggression that didn't give the bite in the corners... I ride better mad... but don't ride mad...

It would be awesome to shuttle Makara. If you are looking for wicked trails with a lift back to the top check out Dirt Farm or Riven Rock bike parks. Thanks for watching!

@@myridewellington7476 Must give them a try this summer... Didn't even know Riven Rock bike park existed...
Interesting fact.. it is on fairly much the epicenter of NZ's biggest earthquake, the 1855 Masterton (Wellington) quake...
Us Wellingtonians like to steel other locations quakes... Just look at the 2013 Seddon (Wellington) quake
