I have not yet learned Padma Sadhana but this session inspired me so much.
Being 100% with the asanas really change the quality of the Sadhana.
I was so amazed to know to link between the SK knowledge points and the Padma Sadhana.
I was surprise when He said that with Padma Sadhana you Can read others mind and silence others mind.
Padma Sadhana help us to be like a lotus in the daily routine.
