Despite Lang saying to "get the money up, and not the funny up", every member in the group aims to get the funny up. Buddha is no different, but he gets the money up too.

I haven't had a chance to follow streams today, but I imagine both Geega and Sykkuno know this is probably worse way to go about it but know this will result in the most RP. Yuno apolozing to Marty and rejoining is honestly pretty vanilla RP that resolved quickly. But Gigi sneaking Yuno back into the app and doing job entirely undercover not only leads to super interesting RP scenarios, but also it sort of RP that takes awhile to resolve that a simply sorry doesn't reset things immediately.
Or may be yuno keeps his disguise till they complete the heist and then reveal it was him all along that would be funny too

@@OskeeGG he does tho. he left inorder to force the crew to get more supplies. hes not the heist leader, he had his chance to do so and didnt, the crew has ranks you follow regardless if you think its right or wrong.

It’s not about completing the heist. It’s about creating a heist crew. This is the first bank. They could have been first and it still wouldn’t matter. Martin lost control of his crew before they even got through the first big job. This was the only outcome lol. Firefly coming in to do things exactly the way he wanted to do it in the first place.
The thing only lang understands is , that if this crew continues, Yuno, Marty and Gege trio has to on the same page tbh.
And this is only possible if there is no power difference dynamic between these 3 and hence either marty has to meet with yuno and gege or Mista Lang need to lead this shit since none of the three can will ever disrespect him.
Yuno does not work well under a vertical structure, but does heist for Fun, and thrill, that mf used to hack for entire city. but is very loyal to lang and lang only even if lang appoints anyone leader in yuno's mind he join crew to follow lang and tony and hopes to bring ray at some time, Also , Ray can solve everything in this crew tbh, he works well under anyone and ray yuno dynamic is legendary like lang-tony or Mr k- Ramme or JP-Marty etc.

From the outside looking in there seems to be a lot of clashing of personalities and miscommunication. It sucks because things probably would work more smoothly with a different perspective.

I love Lang/Buddha. You can see IC how great of a leader he is and how much experience he has under his belt, and OOC how compassionate he is to be able to truly understand different types of ppl and perspectives. Mad props to the guy 🫶

I think it's just the perfect demonstration of common leadership mistakes. I'm pretty sure anyone other than Yuno would have left the crew long before this incident. Marty is complaining how Yuno and Gigi are not respecting him when it's himself who has been actively losing their trust. From forcing Yuno to give up G6 to rob, making decisions after decisions that only got himself into jail, ignoring Yuno's say to not hack CG, and the recent of starting heist every other day despite the lack of resources, every single one of those times resulted in Yuno being right. Not only did he only make bad calls, he raised multiple red flags. A good leader sets his team up for success, doesn't speak on topics he has no knowledge of, doesn't ignore expert opinions, and doesn't blame his team so that trusts can form and build. There is a reason real life leaders put emphasis on listening and asking questions, follow popular opinions, never participate in after-action reviews, and only speak about performance issues in private. At this point, I'm pretty sure that the reason Marty hasn't been fired is because no one else wants to be the heist leader, or maybe everyone just silently agreed to intentionally create more drama.
No one force yuno to quit g6. In fact he literally never quit g6. Y’all gotta stop all these false narratives. He literally sadge farmed for 2 days and then went right back to G6. They only ever failed the back for lack of supplies literally ONE time and that was the time they went in with 2 cards because Marty didn’t realize they only had 2 cards and bought the contract. The contract was already bought so they said fuck it and sent it. Lang told Marty to continue hacking cg. Why is that on Marty? Also who tf would he know who’s cg or not when he just hacks everyone? Why do y’all feel the need to just make shit up. The reason why Marty isn’t fired is because he’s not doing that bad of a job. For some reason yuno Stan’s seem to think he’s the worst leader in the world not realizing that maybe yuno is a shit crew member.

They also told him many many many times that they don’t necessarily want him to quit just that he needs to lock in on heist and be willing to got to jail. Sure they joked a lot and some where even frustrated and really wanted him to quit and told him so. But no one ever forced him. BUT that’s the facts with all the meta. Yuno doesn’t have the meta and yuno is allowed to take things a certain way and interpret shit “wrong”. Doesn’t make it true when discussing meta.

100% Why bring it up, if you don't care about it and don't give/get enough details to tell the head leader before you run your mouth off to the head leader. Dude wanted Lang to take care of it, but at the same time, not distract him from the heist which distracted him from the heist.
Also, let things get worse, let Marty get pissed off. He was the one who yelled at Yuno, causing Yuno to leave the app, and did nothing to fix the situation before it got to this point. Gigi talked to Yuno, didn't want to do anything moving forward until it was discussed (to which Marty took as "she doesn't want to do it without Yuno"), and said she'd do it if things were urgent. Gigi doesn't need to respect Marty, because Marty was talking about leaving the gang for a different gang. He's no leader, he's a puppy. I took this way too seriously, I know. But I'm tired of Lang and Marty's handling of the situation, and now that things are processing there's a problem because "nobody is communicating/bringing new people in." Bring on the chaos.
