Your patience and craftsmanship is incredible, this is so much more impressive than just getting it cut with a cnc cutter could ever be! Maybe you can look into getting a rotary tool/dremmel for sanding the tedious parts, they're pretty cheap. Unless you enjoy the carving by hand more of course! Either way, great work 👏👏

thank u for asking. I sold it to take 2.7 millions VND, about 120$. But I recommend u to find some other artists to make this hat because the material "Formex" which I selected is too heavy to wear as a hat. maybe an armor suit can much more suitable.
oh anyway, I really good at making weapons, especially is cold weapons such as sword, spear, shield. Just say :)))
@@formexcraft in all honesty, the weight doesn’t bother me. I don’t plan on wearing it for an extended period of time; just for some photoshoots. I understand if you’d still prefer not to make it, but let me know either way

Thanks for your quest. Its Formex. You can think of it as a disposable plastic like disposable bowls and cups because they are made in the same way. In my country they use it to make billboard

What is formex made of ? With that name "formex" I can't find it in my country, is it polypropylene?
Formex is kinda type of foam, but its allots harder. It's really a disposable plastic, made up of 3 parts: 1 thick foam in the middle and 2 thin plastic sheets almost like decal stickers.
In Vietnam, formex can be found at shops selling art supplies near the university related to fine arts such as graphic design, architecture, construction or billboard shops. You can try searching in these areas.
