Hydrodemolition -- vattenbilning - Aqua Cutter robots by Aquajet Systems

Aquajet Systems presentation of the hydrodemolition robots Aqua Cutter 410 and the Aqua Cutter 710 models together with the Aqua Cutter Power Pack 700. The video presentation shown the very user friendly design and a number of different jobsites and various hydro demolition applications. This method is also called Vattenbilning in Sweden and Norway, Vandmejsling in Denmark and Vesipiikkaus in Finland.

These Aqua Cutters are usually pumped with anywhere from 20K PSI or 40K PSI. Deckwork is usually 20K, it will clean the rebar too. If you really want it clean, try to have a company like mine come in where we do both Hydro Demo work along with a cleaning process. We basically take a very high pressure gun and clean the rebar after. Usually pumping out 10K or even 20K PSI to really clean any debris away from the Reinforcement Bar. Aqua Cutter is Awesome!

Does it ever damage any of the steel, or can that be reused?

Hi Greg, Thanks for your comment. The steel rebars will never get damaged as only water is used. The rebars will remain intact and cleaned! Please visit www.aquajet.se for further information.
