Wario's Gold Mine reappeared in Mario Kart 8 as DLC retro course! It's first course of Triforce Cup! Before SNES Rainbow Road! It's one of tracks in The Legend of Zelda x Mario Kart 8! 😉

In my opinion, Wario's Gold Mine has to be one of the most underrated Mario Kart tracks of all time. Yeah sure it is pretty annoying first time playing, but I personally enjoy it. It's nowhere near as annoying as Moonview Highway, which I honestly hate.
+Frazer Eddy Perhaps. Though, doesn't Wario's Gold Mine appear in Mario Kart 8 as well (in one of the dlc cups)? Correct me if I'm wrong as I have not played the dlc for Mario Kart 8 yet. I feel there were some decent (and good) tracks and battle courses in older Mario Kart games, even the ones that weren't as popular.

@@794MULTI Such items include the POW Block, which will make you lose your items unless you're airborne. Sometimes, I have to jump off the track just to avoid it.
+rodney simmons You're welcome. Generally, I choose Medium weight characters as they are usually balanced in terms of acceleration, top speed and handling and other things. I think Wario is OK. Again, depends on personal preference etc.

They honestly should've swapped out Dry-Dry Ruins with this track, because this stage is so FREAKING ANNOYING! When you're driving straight down on the track, your controls become kinda touchy, and it just feels awkward. You feel like you're gonna get knocked off. It's a very uncomfortable feeling. The shortcut on this track isn't even useable 100% of the time. Either a mine cart will be in your way, or it won't. You would think that the bats flying out of the gold mine wouldn't be that bad, but they can actually slow you down quite a bit if you hit them multiple times, which tends to happen a lot. That's just vicious!"
I remember using the Wario Bike in the past on my old save file. It feels like a long time ago but I will try and practice with other bikes and karts.
This track is hard but fun.

+794MULTI Whenever you go down those big drops, your controls become really awkward, and it's really tricky to not fall off.
+794MULTI Also, if you get hit by a mine cart whilst inside the mine, it will sometimes knock you off to your death.

The other four who disliked this video have been sent falling off the course by the POW Block.

I remember raging at this track while playing with my cousin cuz I kept falling and I was using motion controls
May consider changing the difficulty from Normal to Hard to make it a bit more challenging (just saying though).

i just hate how you go straight down, i keep falling off!!!
It's even worse when you can't recover quick enough e.g. being pushed off, being hit by other people's items etc.
