Who's watching this in Dec 2023? He's the president of his own real estate company and yet he greets his customers, sits tightly with his staff and works just like any other typical agent in his company - even in tasks where in most parts of English speaking countries eg: USA/ UK/Canada - would have been delegated to junior staff. What a humble way to walk the talk. Great leadership there, something I see frequently in Japanese SMEs working culture.

this is amazing... in many areas, you would NEVER see someone work with both low priced rent all the way up to the top level million.. this is customer service at a top notch... but you never know, that younger guy may one day become wealthy, remember Hiro... and use him again for more real estate and rentals or purchases in years to come.

I didn't expect we could see a glance of life from someone who lives that classy in the hearth of Tokyo. Also, seeing a contract at the rate over millions made me excited lol. Honestly this episode was the best compared to what you have done so far. Keep up the good work guys.

“A person can cry over a romantic movie over a glass of iced tea... Why not?”
And why not indeed! Just seeing his 'serious expression' to watching a romantic film is, as you say, “so cool and so cute” but also so down-to-earth. It's just that little unique quality at the end of a long day that makes Hiro-san no different from the rest of us.

The Japanese treat their customers so respectfully. How you treat your customers shows what kind of a person you are. Something to ponder on.

I wish we had this kind of real estate service in the US, especially for apartment hunting. I’d gladly pay the fee for an objective service. I went through a home buying process once and truly felt it was 3 against 1 for the buyer. This agency makes me feel the information they provide would be reliable and trustworthy.

This is probably one of the most natural looking video of a real estate businessman on his daily routine. The signing of the billion yen contract at a rest area was a true trait of a very rich man. Anyways, keep it up with the interesting topic.👍

Meeting a customer at a roadside rest area to get a signature, taking a long bath in the morning, having a beard due to self-professed baby face. These are the sort of unexpected details that unfold which great documentarians allow to happen that separate great documentaries from average ones. Please, please make more!

Whoa whoa whoa... You're telling me, this guy wakes up at 6:30am, takes a shower, then a bath, shaves his face and brushes his teeth, COOKS his breakfast, sits down to eat said breakfast, puts on a suit, and is ready by 8:05am??!!!? HOW? An hour and thirty five minutes and he can do all that, seemingly without rushing?? Wow. I guess I don't know how to function, lol!
As a side note, it's really interesting to see a Japanese person take a shower/bath in the morning. I feel much more refreshed taking a shower in the morning as well, as opposed to at night like may Japanese do.
Awesome content, btw. Liked and subscribed ^_^

Think it's 2:30 in the morning in Italy and for me, before going to sleep, this channel and its stories have become a fixed appointment, like a television series. This episode fits in perfectly with Hiro and his chosen jazz music. Honestly I am pleased to see a person who loves his job, almost devoted, who enjoys every success, who lives in a beautiful house, with an impeccable dress code. A great businessman, who gets up early, hits success and comes home to relax (what a nice collection of bottles, I'm a fan!) So what about, well they are, businessmen like Hiro, but above all, thanks Ken for giving us these pearls of everyday life, I really think I will come to visit you next time in Tokyo!

This was a another great video, Hiro seems to be a very humble and successful man😊. I must say that I find it highly irregular and quite unfair that a future tenant must pay THIS many different fees 😲😔 before even moving into a property. This is very different to my country. It now makes sense why many young people choose to continue living with their parents if possible instead of renting in Japan.

    • @esuil
      @esuil 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Can be dangerous to go into relationships in Japan if you are not 100% sure in the person yet.
Even if you don't marry but live with your partner, you can end up in common-law marriage without realizing it, because Japan still has laws about that.
To put it simply, if you live with your partner, even if you do not officially marry, in Japan your partner might argue that you were in common law marriage if you ever split up. And despite it not being actual full marriage, common law marriage can also result in properly division or compensation payments.
Because of that, casual relationships are rare in Japan and most people get into relationships only when they are committed.
So I think it is no wonder that lot of the man in Japan are cautious about it, because one mistake can screw you over for life.
