I have used A4 white paper, Permanent marker, Alcohol based dual tip marker, Fineliner dual tip brush pen, highlighter, fevicol glue, scissor, ruler. it's an important things for cute journal, so you can try it by following this video. What we can use instead of double side tape
We can use normal clear tape jist make the tape bigger than the sticker and put the tape on top of the sticker

I have made this before and I just didn't use anything
when I wanted to stick the stickers I just used glue or glue tape
That's easy and cheaper
