@teresabuie7440 I've heard of that happening. I just left everything and walked away. Im not gonna fight over stuff. His house is his. Keep it. I believe it is a form of wickedness for the state to mandate child support. Many child support proceedings are corrupt and impede the freedom and liberty of an individual person, which is unconstitutional in the U.S.A. That's why our parentage form was rejected.
My name is faith too, things will get better Have FAITH ok!!!! ❤ I have 6 kids but 3 with with my man he’s not legally my husband but by common law He is and I am by common law his wife so I ain’t can’t get kicked out of his house we been together for 8 years! It does it better when you ignore the behavior but once it does it violent I understand wanting to end the relationship! I hope your situation gets better ❤ just know your not alone I understand
@@earthalien7777 I know he can't kick me out either. He called the police and tried. They said we're not making either of you leave. Go in separate rooms and work it out. But I decided I'm not gonna be getting locked out of my legal residence. So I left.
Hey, sis.. firstly, i just wanna say I'm sorry to hear the bad news.. and for everything you mentioned, it seems like God planned this to happen sooner rather than later.. coz if your husband has been controlling for such a long time definitely that has had bad impact on you and your marriage. So he did you a favor for behaving like this just to free you and let you have your freedom back and also having time to find yourself again
no he cannot. he is not on the birth certificate. we were not married at the time of birth. therefore he has zero legal rights until he establishes parentage. the same way i cant just say im your kids dad and now i can take your kids whenever i want. thank god for that.

You need to establish child custody through court. He can just take her until paternity is established

in fact, he cant even sign off on her having medical care at the hospital in an emergency which is why he needs to establish parentage.
