Just needed a small part to install a new seal where the water tank sits and had no clue as to open up the side to the unit to install. Bosch could not supply any instructions, no technical support, nothing. I am lucky I found your video, for my unit was leaking all over the counter. We followed your instructions, installed the part and it is working like a charm again! Made my day, my week, and my year! THANK YOU!!! Never would have figured out how to do it without this video...
Nice Video. I have never taken mine apart that far before. At first I thought you just had clogged tubes in the front, but then you pointed out that you already did that. You are a good diagnostician and technician. Thank you for the video.

Yes. I replaced the plunger inside the brewing unit rather than the whole unit. This video did the trick. Have patience, this is going to take some time to complete.
Any ideas how to remove the front cover that goes up-and-down and dispenses the coffee.I have to replace that part. Your movie was excellent for everything else but just not that
Very detailed and helpful video! Water is not flowing from the reservoir tank to the machine. It sounds as though the pump is working and the display says to fill the supply tubes and then press Cafe. When I pressed Cafe the display said water filling tubes but no water flowed from the tank. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your video! If my brewing unit no longer fits in the cog position of the brewing drive, what do I do? Do I need to replace the entire drive? (This all happened after I inserted the brewing unit incorrectly and turned on the machine, which moved the gears, but then got stuck; I carefully removed the brew unit, but now cannot put it back in its place.)
Thanks for the prompt reply. You just gave me hope that this can be fixed! As someone who has no business opening this machine up to begin with, could you share where the relays are located and whether that involves accessing the driver as you’ve shown in your video?
You are so generous with your knowledge. Again thank you! I found the relays and pushed the buttons down, restarted the machine, and managed to get the gear back into normal position. Very finicky process, but it worked.
This is a great set of videos. I have the built in unit (Model TKN68E75UC03) - which is identical inside. I ran into the same issue (malfunctioning piston valve). I ordered a new one and replaced the malfunctioning one - so this video was extremely helpful. However, after putting it all back to together, I get a "Close the Door" message - which locks out the machine. I re-disassembled the side with the door (and the by-pass chute sensor) to check for an wires or parts that might have been damaged but couldn't find anything wrong. Any ideas on how I can resolve this?
@@ColumbineRealtor Thanks for the reply. I can have a look at this as there is a metal plate on the door; however, neither the metal plate or door is loose. Does anyone know where the sensor for the door is?
@Myron Roth, I found the “close the door” relates to a bad connection between the brew unit and the brew drive (or sometimes called gear drive). Make sure the brew drive is secured into its position, with all the three locks closed.

My have the same issue I want clean the pipes too
If you are referring to the front piece that contains nozzles, the front cover will pry off from the top & sides. Use your nails or a thin screwdriver

I'd suggest checking the water tubes from pump. if they're clear, then it's somewhere in the pump.

Blow thru the water heater block to ensure that there is no blockage. If you cant blow thru it you have a blockage in the heater.

Press the white “buttons” on the Relays :-)

When I received that error, metal inside door was loose - i fixed with some scotch tape to keep it secure.

Can you tell me where the Temperature sensor of the Bosch benevuto B30 is? and what does this look like?
