Thanks!!! Yea, do yourself a favor, remove the tank. You'll get it out, but you won't get the new one back in, and the tank is easy.

The bulb takes a 1/4 turn clockwise to lock it in. Spent way too much time talking about the connector clip. Otherwise one of the better videos showing passenger side low beam bulb replacement. Driver side has a whole different set of challenges
