i got the 6 plus and i love it. the 6 plus has image stabilization to which will be awesome for your vlogs. it'll make a much more smooth looking video. i think you'll like the plus.
I struggled with the decision as well Jake. Ultimately after a month of borrowing both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus phones from all my buddies, I went with the iPhone 6. It was definitely size that pushed me in the iPhone 6 direction. I was concerned that I couldn't type one-handed very well on the iPhone 6 Plus. Don't stay with the iPhone 5 series, the extra size of the iPhone 6 as well as some added performance IS worth the upgrade.
I'd go with the 6 Plus (more correctly - WENT with the 6 Plus). It has a better screen, far bigger battery, and the Plus' camera is also a bit better than the 6. Not to mention watching videos and playing games is a lot better on the bigger screen.
I was playing with the iPhone 6 at Verizon a month or so ago. The iPhone 6 is the way to go. The 6 plus is massively big! But I do agree with the guy up at the top ***** ... them pups of yours deserves some spoiling... 😀

The 6 will probably be easier to transition to because while it is a bigger phone its not huge like its brethren, the 6+. The main difference though between the two phones you will notice is the battery life and the camera. The battery is a lot larger in the 6+ so when your on tour, you might not have to worry about charging it as much. Which would be cool to show your dogs doing stuff in slow-mo. Honestly I would look into the Moto X and G 2nd Gen. The Moto X 2nd gen is pretty cool and with the Republic Wireless service they got its super cheap! Btw I was at your Chicago show! Did you like the crowd? To me some of the people were kinda not as pumped, but I've listened I you guys for a long time and by far it was he best concert yet
What I would do is keep the 5S and buy a camera instead. It doesn't have to be a fancy Nikon just something better than an iPhone. I mean if you prefer filming on your phone then you should upgrade to the six plus. But if you're willing to get something as big as the six plus I'd consider investing in a camera.
I would personally just stick with the one you got haha if there's nothing wrong with it, why replace it? XD Save the money for something else. But it's up to you c: my opinion probably isn't helpful though haha

Go with the 6 plus. My friend just got it and is pretty awesome because it has more features to it than the 6. Plus the filming videos is better on it because it will turn shaky videos into a clear no movement one. But either way they both are nice phones.
i would probably just keep it and get an iPod 5 or something because the iPhone 6 is not great, but the iPod have a hell of a lot of data on it and the camera on the new one doesn't suck its also pretty thin and not totally made of glass so it wont break that easily, but what ever you decide i would just make sure you get a good case for it.

Now like some comments below, you would save money if you kept the phone you have. But just to answer your question, if you were to upgrade I suggest the 6. 6 plus seems to big to be carrying around all the time haha :)

Since it seems that you are huge into taking videos, i personally go with the 6 plus. The 6 plus has optical image stabilization and it also can take slow-mo clips up to 240fps. Also, since you are always travelling, having a bigger screen would benefit you when consuming media such as movies and youtube videos, or even reading articles (twitter). Hope this helps! (As in additional lenses for example), so I'd definitely think about the 6 at this point. But then again: If the Plus isn't too big for you, then go for it!
I have the 6 because I feel that it is a much more manageable size than the plus. honestly it was mostly so i could save $100. but I just personally feel that having the 6 plus would just be too much for me. I do love the camera on the 6 (i upgraded from the 5s as well) the brightness is really good like it makes pictures look brighter than they do in real life its interesting and of course it has a higher pixel count so the images are clearer. The battery life is about the same as the 5s which honestly isn't that bad and as you know it doesn't take that long to charge. The screen is actually much higher resolution and I could really tell the difference there it is very impressive. I felt that the 6 felt much bigger than the 5s at first so I really don't think you need the size of the 6 plus. just my opinions :) My at&t store had them in stock in Thousand Oaks, which isn't too far from LA. but the stores in LA will probably be stocked. also the middle size is now 64GB so theres much more space for less cost. and OMG my camera roll looks just like yours, only its my dog and the farm animals we have on campus! And i also do not feel that the phone is very breakable, especially if you have a case and the glass screen protector you'll be fine. sorry this was so long haha i just wanted to give you everything I knew about it since I upgraded from the 5s like you haha best of luck with the rest of tour!
I've heard some bad reviews on the 6+. If you must upgrade go with the 6. I'd say your best bet right now if to wait until they've both been out a while longer and stick with the 5s. That's what I have. Also it's not saving your money if you're going to spend it on dog toys. 😝 (They deserve it though) Good luck whatever you choose!

I agree, at least for me I like to be able to hold my phone in one hand and zip around it, I have to use two hands to do allot on her phone! And I think the pups would appreciate extra gifts :3

Get the Iphone 6. The iPhone 6 is a good size, bigger than the 5 but not as bulky as the plus. The plus is difficult to put into pockets. I have the regular 6, and I am happy with the quality of it. Also I figure with your tour life, the plus could get broken quickly. Its really thin with great surface, so its not as sturdy as the 6. i hope this helps. Make sure you get a griffin or otterbox phone case
I'd say keep the 5S as it's a much better phone, but if you want to upgrade then I'd say 6 and it looks like an actual phone whereas the 6+ could be a tablet even and doesn't really fit in your pocket.

Hmm depends, the 6/6 plus are slightly faster at well... everything compared to the 5s, and size, the 6 could be better if you have smaller hands but you suffer with a less battery life, the 6 plus would be better in terms of battery life but it may be uncomfortable if you have small hands, Hope this helps Jake! :D
You're right about the battery. I'm been going back and forth for weeks about which one to get. I think the 6 Plus is bigger than it needs to be. The 6 is perfect size but that damn Apple battery sucks! For me its all about the battery. Was even considering bailing on Apple and trying the Samsung Galaxy s5. But - I'm a slave to Apple cause I got an iMac and iPad and I want everything to link up. I think the battery sucks even more since the iOS 8 update. Anyway, dude. I'm sure they're both great phones. i think the 6 because the 6 plus is way to much.. all it basically has is the longer battery life, the 6 has an amazing camera which is good since u vlog with your phone. i have the 5s and i have friends who have the 6 and i like it way better than the 6 plus.. but thats only my opinion.. plus with all the videos and music a 128 gb would be good

I have had the iPhone 6 for 2 months and I'm loving it. It fits better in your pocket than the 6Plus. the functions and features are the same more or less. i would suggest iPhone 6 bc -transition between the 5 and 6 is better than 6 plus in terms of size. - people have reported the 6 plus deleting your apps and music so that would suck. the camera on 6 is also really amazing, and the sound system. more or less its kinda the same… meh.
I would personally get the iPhone 6, purely for the main reason that the iPhone 6 plus has a tendency to bend in the users pocket, there is a video on here of a guy easily bending his with his hands with very little effort, so yeah, that's my preference anyway
and bye the phone and change your old 5s chip to the 6 and then set it to get and old iPhone data. get the 128 gb. first make an iCloud back up of your 5s. thats it

I think you should get the 6. But I would be cautious if it bends to much, the screen will shatter. And this is coming from an Android person. i would get 6, 6+ is known to bend and bigger doesn't mean better yes you will be able to see it a little bit better but you can see just swell on a slightly smaller screen

If you want to choose an iPhone. Keep the 5s. Jinxx posted on twitter, (Yes I go through Jinxx's twitter.) the 6 barely lasted him a few days into tour. Save your money and buy those dogs some Christmas presents. Stay awesome.
AT&T sucks that is my own opinion, I dropped them after Zeus ate my cell phone! RIP Zeus! It sounds you are happy with your cell phone you currently have save some money, you will know when you need a new phone! I have not replaced it since he ate my phone & the xbox he had to have emergency surgery!
And the camera is awesome!I barely got it and works well!but I do suggest to buy like a phone case,because my brother had his and dropped it and the back cracked so heads up if you chose the iPhone 6+
even thought this is late i have the Moto E and i like it doesnt have a frount camera though but you should try to get that, and i use to have at&t but im now with straight talk and i like it and its like 45 dollars a month

The 6+ is actually really good, however it's mere size makes it very irritating. Whereas the 6 is a pretty well rounded phone. Off topic but if you were showing us clips on your phone, than what were you filming on?
if you must get an iphone then i'd say 6+ it has better specs and actually has a 1080p screen. but if you dont care and you just want a small easy to use phone like the last one but a tiny bit better thqqan the last then i'd just go with 6 or just keep the 5s. Now if you want to get a real upgrade android is the way. sony xperia z3, galaxy s5 or the note 4 are all pretty great phones. depends on what you want from it really but the androids will have much better cameras and software. also the z3 is water proof if thats a factor lol. good luck

Keep the five because the six is huge and horrible feeling that will bug you a lot. Also the five Is better in my opinion

Get the Iphone 6. The iPhone 6 is a good size, bigger than the 5 but not as bulky as the plus. The plus is difficult to put into pockets. I have the regular 6, and I am happy with the quality of it. Also I figure with your tour life, the plus could get broken quickly. Its really thin with great surface, so its not as sturdy as the 6. i hope this helps. Make sure you get a griffin or otterbox phone case

I'd say keep the 5S as it's a much better phone, but if you want to upgrade then I'd say 6 and it looks like an actual phone whereas the 6+ could be a tablet even and doesn't really fit in your pocket.

Hmm depends, the 6/6 plus are slightly faster at well... everything compared to the 5s, and size, the 6 could be better if you have smaller hands but you suffer with a less battery life, the 6 plus would be better in terms of battery life but it may be uncomfortable if you have small hands, Hope this helps Jake! :D

You're right about the battery. I'm been going back and forth for weeks about which one to get. I think the 6 Plus is bigger than it needs to be. The 6 is perfect size but that damn Apple battery sucks! For me its all about the battery. Was even considering bailing on Apple and trying the Samsung Galaxy s5. But - I'm a slave to Apple cause I got an iMac and iPad and I want everything to link up. I think the battery sucks even more since the iOS 8 update. Anyway, dude. I'm sure they're both great phones. Rock on!
i think the 6 because the 6 plus is way to much.. all it basically has is the longer battery life, the 6 has an amazing camera which is good since u vlog with your phone. i have the 5s and i have friends who have the 6 and i like it way better than the 6 plus.. but thats only my opinion.. plus with all the videos and music a 128 gb would be good
hey jake! even though this is not exactly the answer to your question, but since you take a lot of videos and you use the camera often in general the Samsung galaxy note 4 has wonderful camera and audio quality along other good qualities.... again sorry its not the answer to your question but if you're an iPhone person go with the 6 plus

- people have reported the 6 plus deleting your apps and music so that would suck.
the camera on 6 is also really amazing, and the sound system. more or less its kinda the same… meh.

I would personally get the iPhone 6, purely for the main reason that the iPhone 6 plus has a tendency to bend in the users pocket, there is a video on here of a guy easily bending his with his hands with very little effort, so yeah, that's my preference anyway
and bye the phone and change your old 5s chip to the 6 and then set it to get and old iPhone data. get the 128 gb. first make an iCloud back up of your 5s. thats it

I think you should get the 6. But I would be cautious if it bends to much, the screen will shatter. And this is coming from an Android person. By the way, I know that by the time you get this, you will be in a complete different location, but there was an AT&T store in Cedar Park (suburb of Austin, Texas).

even thought this is late i have the Moto E and i like it doesnt have a frount camera though but you should try to get that, and i use to have at&t but im now with straight talk and i like it and its like 45 dollars a month
I personally think the iPhone 6 because I heard that the 6+ is very glitchy and can delete pictures and music. And the iPhone 6 is more affordable I think

The 6+ is actually really good, however it's mere size makes it very irritating. Whereas the 6 is a pretty well rounded phone.
Off topic but if you were showing us clips on your phone, than what were you filming on?

if you must get an iphone then i'd say 6+ it has better specs and actually has a 1080p screen. but if you dont care and you just want a small easy to use phone like the last one but a tiny bit better thqqan the last then i'd just go with 6 or just keep the 5s. Now if you want to get a real upgrade android is the way. sony xperia z3, galaxy s5 or the note 4 are all pretty great phones. depends on what you want from it really but the androids will have much better cameras and software. also the z3 is water proof if thats a factor lol. good luck

if you are getting a new iPhone id say go for the iPhone 6. But if i was you i wouldnt get an iPhone 6/ 6+ because they look really easily breakable, but then again they have a good camera... Simply id say keep the iPhone 5s

Well the inky difference between the two is size i would go with just the iphone 6 than the 6 + but thats only if u wanna be practical with a phone if u just want it for i dont know watching something then go for the plus but yh u know iys your decision
