He got the Levi Garret on the table. Good stuff.
This made me laugh but very helpful. Thank you
Cool video my friend! Congrats on getting started on TH-cam! Liked! :)
Now we are hatching 2 😂
I meant to edit that part out but totally missed it when editing lol.
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany lol made it that much better imo good for a chuckle
@@dantheman9852 Thanks, I'm hoping to get back to videos soon. Hopefully i can keep the chuckles coming.
Thank you so helpful I have the same one as you
Just found your channel cowboy.. Man you made me laugh when you dropped that egg.. Great vid. 🦆🦆🦆
Lol thanks. I was going to edit that part out but decided not too
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany Just showed an honest cowboy and an honest review 👍
Thanks. The wife wasn't too happy about the egg on the floor either. I'll have a new video coming soon. 2020 has been a disaster around the ranch
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany I would say.. 2020 a year to forget buddy. Dam Covid-19. Keep strong brother. 🇮🇪
Yeah that was bad. What made it worse was my wife was diagnosed with cancer and we lost my mom in may and a long time friend in Jan. I'm definitely ready for 2021
Helpful thank you
Hi and thanks for video. What kind of incubators do you recommend? Ik you said name of one your using but can't catch the name of it. Please and thank you
The one I use is the brinsea. It’s inexpensive and I don’t need more than 8 going at a time.
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany thank you very much for your response. Incubator is now on my wish list :)
Do you have any recommendations for a 10 - 20 duck egg incubator?
Brinsea does have larger incubators. I've been very happy with the small one we have and havent had any issues with it. I would recommend looking on their website to see if they have anything that suits your needs.
I don’t have an egg turner in my incubator. When do I stop turning these are duck eggs, a whistling duck
What is the temperature of the incubator for Muscovy duck eggs?
37.5°C (99.5°F) Incubator humidity: 55% or 84.5°F if you use a wet bulb thermometer
Dear when we stopped turning eggs??
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany thankyou so much dear 😊😊😊American friend
what if i’m incubating them after 4 days of being hatched
As long as they were kept nice and warm they should be ok. There is still a chance they won't hatch but that chance always exists.
@@whitemountainslivestockcompany thank you, but it’s pretty cold but it’s her first eggs..
That does happen. Our temps here have been very low this year. Chances are your best bet will be to wait until it warms up or grab the eggs as soon as she lays them.
Do you not list the eggs? And also cool ?
We usually dont use the cool feature. Humidity and temp is the biggest thing. Where we are it stays fairly cool. In other parts of the world you would probably need the cooling.
That's funny
My local cafe has free duck eggs. Got 3, 2 were fertilized. Can’t believe I almost cracked them open! I have no experience what do ever.
Ducks are pretty cool and the eggs are amazing. I prefer them to chicken eggs any day.
Hahaha
I guess they didn't make it!
They did but we ended up moving so I couldnt get a follow up posted.
Thanks for watching y'all. What kind of incubator do you use? Let me know. I'd be interested to see what you all have found that works great.
I have a farm innovator 4250. It's a little bit of overkill cause I can hatch 48 at a time but I normally don't do no more than 10. It has a really good success. I've been getting, with good fertilized eggs about 82% hatch rate. Out of about 90 eggs I've done with it.
Thats awesome!
Thank you so much!
Your very welcome
You the best
