I think the fact that you made an effort to change meant that you aren't breaking your promise to yourself. It was an accident that you didn't set the alarm for 7oclock, so try again tomorrow. I’m back to work on Monday after a 3 week medical leave and I have been telling myself to start getting myself up early to be ready for a potential change in my hours on 1/20 (we have been starting at 9 since we have been virtual)... but this lady hasn’t listened! Monday is going to have to be the day I start getting up early!!

Omg I literally thought the same thing when I did laundry yesterday and my son had no real clothes. I was annoyed only because I was jealous 😂 And why are the zebra mildliner brush pens so easy to brush letter with?? I’ve got a million Tombow markers but I can’t brush letter with them the way I can with the mild liners 🤷♀️
Amazing we suffer from the same affliction! My husband and I actually saw a commercial for a medication that treats “excessive daytime sleepiness” 😂 We finally have a name for it, EDS.
