DLSS. Turn it off. It's really bad in this game. I've manually updated to the latest DLSS 3.8.1 and there's still anomalies like this. Needs a patch.
It downscales the resolution from 3840 x 2160 here to 2560 x 1440. Instead of improving details in the native resolution it downscales it.
ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE
You'd think Indiana Jones would be able to remove artefacts from his game, it's all he does
