You’re putting patients through electron beam instead of Superficial Radiation Therapy? Seems like overkill and a lot riskier of a procedure if you don’t get the bolus right, especially where 80% of the skin cancer is near the brain. It certainly pays the practice more no denying that’s why you have it instead though.
