buying dagger at lvl 3 does nothing
I know it gives another spin on his E at level 7, I think that was my thought process when buying it, almost as preparation for hitting lvl. Thanks for the comment :)

You could've timed your W usage when your enemies tries to land a cc skill on you. Since Garen's W has tenacity, time it well and then you basically lived those.
