Yes, we use StreamYard for our church services! They participate by watching live on Facebook, TH-cam, and our Website.
How can I add lyrics/scriptures on my streams in streamyard?
I am in the process of learning how to do that now. Perhaps, I will make a video on that in the future.

Do you have to have a green screen in order to do backgrounds
I do have a green screen, but I do not like to use it. In my opinion, it is a lot of trouble. However, I do know how to do green screen and have used them in the past.
