Skill activation grants 100 bullets and the skill ends when all bullets are used (Can manually deactivate skill)
2nd Skill (Mastery 3):
When the skill is activated, places a Cluster Charge at the high ground tile in front; the Cluster Charge detonates 5 times on passable low ground tiles near the other side of the high ground tile after being placed, dealing 480% Attack as Physical damage to surrounding targets each time. Skill can only be activated while facing a high ground tile with passable low ground tiles behind it; Can only be used 3 times every deployment

I think that would be too OP considering that that Fuze hits 2-3 enemies per shot, and he has 100 bullets as opposed to Ash hitting one enemy at a time with only 31 bullets. He would basically turn into pre-rework Tachanka if he was good.

The integrated strategy mode makes it possible
And players tend to burst fire for better accuracy so it's kinda accurate

Idk man. His skills is kinda underwhelming, especially the S2. Let alone the damage wise, the effect is not even good. I expect W's level if explosion from the E2 arts alone
And yeah for his 2nd skills, why not make it works like Chongyue S2? So the skills can stored 3 charges, & you can immediately activate it after the first one ends

S1 is good, at M3 it takes 20 seconds to charge up for a pretty consistent damage skill with 100 ammo that handles mobs (-1k3 DEF) well.
