I've only watched a few SAP videos, but as a db control interface I am critical of it. I believe that in attempting to create an easy user interface, they have actually made things more complex. I must choose whether to master this interface, or stay away from jobs that require SAP.
Could you kindly prepare an append structure to customer or vendor address tables with words like district, taluk, Zilla tehsil panchayatand block, state to bring it closer to indiancontext?

Append structure can also be used with custom tables, I expect only the correct information from your side. This is not expected from you.
Just dont read the theory which you showing us,also try to explain it in details as some people must be fresher who are looking to your video.
There are Includes in SAP standard tables as well.

Yes, it takes long time to activate for standard tables since it has many fields.
