- It's so delicious that I cook it almost every year! An incredibly quick and easy Christmas cake! An epic Christmas cake recipe from a forgotten recipe! This is a great option for birthday cake made with staples from the pantry. It's unbelievable how such a delicious Christmas cake can be made from so few ingredients! An old recipe in a new way! ► Recipe and ingredients:
500 g sour cream (2 cups and 2 tablespoons)
200g sugar (1 cup)
10 g vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon vanilla essence)
70 g flour or starch (1/2 cup)
3 eggs
Brew thickly over medium heat, stirring constantly
let cool down to room temperature
150 g sugar (1½ cups)
a pinch of salt
130 g honey (4 tablespoons)
100 g butter (5 tablespoons)
put on medium heat
120 g sour cream (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Mix thoroughly and remove from heat

200 g flour (1 + 2/3 cup)
50 g cocoa (1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons)

Я подобный делала дочке на день рождения много лет назад,только полоски делала тоньше и делала в три этажа,каждый этаж разного диаметра и между прослойками добавляла кусочки киви,а этажи украсила дольками апельсина.
Этим рецептом поделилась подруга.Торт получился обалденный,красивым и вкусным.
