Awsome color and setup. Definitely prefer 2 full size fuel tanks with DEF out back but let me ask, could a person order 2 smaller def tanks and have one put on each side to even out the look? Also, is there any reason why def tank manufacturers can’t make a square def tank that could fit in between the frame rails behind sleeper? Just wondering.
Awesome truck. But I would never pay that much. I love being home every week. Paid $32,950 for my ELD exempt glider and it’s still going strong, 4 years later.
First of all you are correct about that 565/2050 I just spent the day heavy hauling with mine biggest load was grossing 185,000 and that thing just pulls. Second get that truck to an old school pinstriper and let them work on that gray I bet it would look phenomenal, once again Steve you put together some beautiful rides.
DavidT if you was wondering Steve does great with descriptions when he does his videos. And when I was younger my vision was better so I already know what trucks look like from before.
DavidT I have grown up around semi trucks so everything that Steve is talking about in his description of the truck I kind of already have an idea in my head from what I've seen from before
Beautiful truck do you have banks that will get a first time buyer a low interest rate with good credit and a good down payment, not the 14, 15% rates I'm talking single digits or is that not realistic
Because I would spend countless hours researching and finding new and exciting colors only to have other dealers watch my videos and steal my color combos in a matter of minutes.
I'm not a peterbilt fan, but that is really nice!! Also, I've heard alot of bad things about those Isx engines. So I don't know if I would check them out.
We dont because we are good on specs and super aggressive on pricing. In this industry, when you see a "left over" do your homework and figure out why. Its usually in the details, sometimes not
Peterbilt Steve thank you for the answers I’ve asked several dealerships around here and none have ever answered the question but one did tell me it was around a $7000 upgrade, I thought that sounded steep great to know
Dude, please get a wind screen for your mic. I really love your trucks and want to watch your vids, but I can’t handle the wind noise. Otherwise, keep up the great work with the trucks and the walk arounds. Thank you.
That gray paint with the red frame is amazing
Thanks
Thankyou to all the Essential workers and our truckers for keeping us supplied. Bless you all
AMEN
Thats the way to do the tanks matching 150 gal DEF in the back to match the APU !!!
No doubt 👍🏻
We have been doing it for a while, seems to be well received
@@SteveCarbone Yes sir the set up on this Pete really like it best color combination!! Good taste
@{Forbidden.Knowledge} can't, against the law to not have def on 2001 truck or newer

Would suck to have to turn the truck around to fill the 2nd tank and not sure on a square tank.
Digging the color, very reminiscent of Aston Martin China Grey and Audi's Nardo Grey.
agreed
Absolutely beautiful truck! If I could sale my truck I’d would buy it!
You and me both!
I love that color!
Polishing is,a job and a half ,go with it .Take it easy on polishers.

Awesome truck. But I would never pay that much. I love being home every week. Paid $32,950 for my ELD exempt glider and it’s still going strong, 4 years later.
Im sure its a very nice ride for $33k, some just want more and do more.

Love the report, thank you! And YES, the right guy pushed a brush on this and it would be amazing....
The icing on the cake was the full package 23 bright bezel gauges.
Great video Steve and awesome choice of color.

Hey Steve, why don’t you say what colours the Rigs are these days?? You use to.
Because I would spend countless hours researching and finding new and exciting colors only to have other dealers watch my videos and steal my color combos in a matter of minutes.
Fair enough Steve I understand that! All good 👍🏼
Steve can I get that color code we are building one here in florida with Rush
Thanks Steve love that color beautiful Pete pull toy here.

I'm not a peterbilt fan, but that is really nice!! Also, I've heard alot of bad things about those Isx engines. So I don't know if I would check them out.
Oh, I knew the factory quit, I was wondering if you ever did any or had any left overs
We dont because we are good on specs and super aggressive on pricing. In this industry, when you see a "left over" do your homework and figure out why. Its usually in the details, sometimes not
Ciao Steve. I don't normally like gray but I love this one!
I love it
Does peterbilt make a 10 speed as well with this engine and double bunk set up??
Dont think I have ever seen a 10 speed that will handle that much torque
What’s included in the 2050 torque package vs 1850 and what’s the price difference?
Good question
Different transmission, different clutch, different rear ends, different driveshafts. $2500 more
Peterbilt Steve thank you for the answers I’ve asked several dealerships around here and none have ever answered the question but one did tell me it was around a $7000 upgrade, I thought that sounded steep great to know
How do you adjust the clock in the second row first gauge of the real gauges thanks
it has a knob
Are you ever going to show a fully loaded one with the rear cameras that can be hooked up to the navigation screen ??
I will if a customer asks me to install back up cameras. Still has never happened
Peterbilt Steve interesting maybe i get rid of my current 389 and spec one out with you 🤓
@@simentalg What mirrors are for !!

texaspolishing.com/ Tell Kevin I sent you....
Did I see Drum brakes?
Absolutely not
Hey Steve, I've noticed you do more 565/2050 than 605/2050. Is there a reason for this or more customer preference?
the warranty is less money with the 565hp and if you got 2050 torque you won't notice the 40 hp too much
Is that viper red paint?
I have been looking for cab and sleeper panels just like those. Can you give me part numbers so I can order those?
Amazing truck Steve 👍
