Hi on the bloodguard pulls I often debate whether to pretend it's single target and focus him cause of his damage reduction aura VS rein of fire. A top fire mage streamer did focus him with pyros (even in FS build). So I thought chaos bolt was the move. What do you think
@@psz90 most of the time I think so too, but here specifically we had rog and dk, which is plenty of prio. The diff with mage's comp mighta been diff dps setup (i honestly dunno what they run). Either way you want to make it so the pack dies at the same time, even if it takes a bit longer to kill the big guy. You basically gotta gauge your group's damage profile and decide if you wanna CB of rof. Or, be like me and sometimes go like many targets = neuron activation = rof
@loonystorm would you mind sharing your unbuffed stat spread? Would really like to know what to aim for to get this level of damage! Thanks for sharing your builds and gameplay!
You kinda just want a bit of everything on destro tbh, but for my current gear i have around 25-30% haste and the rest in crit=mastery. I would always take ilvl over stat tho, unless you're dipping below 20% haste, at which point you''re kinda forced to swap from Chaos flask to Haste one, or otherwise the gameplay will feel like ass (still fine damage wise thou)
ilvl beats all (for the most part), but try to keep haste above 20%. My up-to-date stats u can check on armory, easiest way is rio route link -> click my profile -> click armory icon

why u are not playing aff isnt it stronger than destro rn?
it might well be, but the diff is so negligible in most dungeons, so I prefer to play the spec i more enjoy (Diabolist anything, to be exact)
aff relies a lot on soul rot if u dont have soul rot u dont do anything whereas destro can pull out dmg with or without cds
